Depression/Panikstörung: Startdosis 10–20 mg/Tag morgens. Zieldosis 20 mg/Tag, bei Bedarf bis 60 mg/Tag. OCD/Bulimia: bis 60–80 mg/Tag. PMDS: 20 mg/Tag oder nur in der Lutealphase (14 Tage vor Menstruation). Einnahme morgens empfohlen (aktivierend). Wirkungslatenz: 2–4 Wochen für erste Effekte, 6–8 Wochen für Vollwirkung.
